Archer™ Analysis is a bioinformatics platform that performs automated analysis of sequencing data generated from libraries prepared with Archer FusionPlex™ RNA assays or VariantPlex™ DNA assays. This specialized software quickly detects gene fusions, single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), insertions/deletions (indels) and copy number variations (CNVs) in DNA and RNA samples and provides tiered results for accurate, clear mutation reporting.

We have provided a public website which is a demonstration site for the Archer Analysis software (http://analysis.archerdx.com). This site can be used during the evaluation phase of the Archer products and the data on this site will be retained for 30 days. For long term use we strongly recommend the installation of the Archer Analysis software on a local server.
With the release of version 3.2, the demonstration site has been updated to this version and we have moved the previous version to a different address (http://18.104.22.168/). The data that was loaded on the previous version of the software is still there, but is not available on the new site. The login information for the old site is also not migrated, so we recommend users to register a new login if they would like to use the new version.

Thon has over 15 years of bioinformatics experience. Thon received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Free University of Amsterdam and worked for Genomic Health, GeneSpring, Avadis NGS and Vector NTI before joining the ArcherDX team.
