Position Summary

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for manufacture and assembly of Archer sub-components and kitted products. This role will support the Production team but may periodically be asked to support the Logistics team as well.

Responsibilities

Performs sub-component manufacture according to SOPs in a certified GMP environment:
  • Cleaning, sterilizing and preparing laboratory on a daily basis
  • Labeling, organizing and maintaining consumables inventory
  • Generation of bulk material and aliquoting of non-hazardous liquid reagents
  • Movement of consumables and finished product into appropriate locations
Batch record documentation:
  • Maintain written and electronic records of manufacturing events
  • Enter applicable data into an ERP
  • Route documentation for appropriate sign-offs and downstream actions

Experience
