Position Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for execution of quality control assays for Archer products, maintenance of quality control inventory, and data reporting on assay outputs.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Executes quality control assays via adherence to established QC protocols
    • Completes quality control documentation in conjunction with execution of assays
    • Maintains inventory for quality control inputs and assay components
    • Serves as on demand support for other operations functions as need dictates

  • KEY ATTRIBUTES

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Attention to detail and proficient in record keeping
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Accommodating of changing priorities and focus
    • Highly organized
    • Ability to multi-task

  • TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION

    • Orientation – Basic training
    • Standard Operating Procedures – refer to training matrix
    • On-Job-Training – As required

  • RATE OF PAY

    • $15.00

Experience

  • Previous experience in laboratory required

Education

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Bachelors in scientific discipline preferred
