Position Summary

The Research Associate is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and analysis of ArcherDX custom assays

Responsibilities

Job performance will involve a variety of activities including

  • Timely execution of experiments to help drive projects forward
  • Interpret scientific results and provide recommendations for moving forward
  • Idea generation to improve existing technology and drive future technology
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and accessible records of experimental design and results
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Additional duties as assigned

Growth

This hire will slowly move into a role of increasing responsibility as the company expands

Experience

  • 2+ years of laboratory experience
  • 2+ years in an industry setting (preferred)

Education

  • BS/BA in biochemistry or related field and/or equivalent combination of educations and experience
