Archer® Analysis is a bioinformatics platform that performs automated processing of sequencing data generated from all Archer FusionPlex® (RNA), VariantPlex™ (DNA), Reveal ctDNA™, and Immunoverse™ (RNA) assays. This purpose-built software detects gene fusions, isoforms, single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), insertions/deletions (indels), copy number variations (CNVs) and expression patterns and provides visual, tiered results for accurate, clear mutation reporting. Analysis performs all secondary analysis, and many tertiary analysis steps with annotations from the Archer Quiver™ Fusion Database, as well as sources such as Ensembl VEP, Clinvar and COSMIC. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Archer Analysis uses sequencing data from either Illumina® or Ion Torrent™ sequencing platforms, automating analysis with no need for programming expertise. Your results are presented in an easy-to-read, high-level summary that shows all fusions, CNVs, variants and complex mutations detected in your sample.
Archer Analysis also cross-references the Archer Quiver database of known fusions and reports fusions that are already published in the literature so you can distinguish known from novel fusions in your sample.
Archer Analysis provides in-depth data analysis and interpretation, including:
Archer Analysis was designed not only for intuitive data analysis and reporting, but also to meet your lab's specific IT, security and cost requirements. There is full transparency, including detailed processing logs. The software is available to download and install on your own server, and also as a cloud-based service (SaaS) .
Comprehensive call statistics & annotations
Create your own tests for automated validation of Analysis installation or upgrade
Samples with known mutational status can now be identified across your private instance of Analysis, and grouped together as a validation set. At any time, these sets can be re-run to ensure Analysis is performing exactly to your lab's requirements.
Detected fusion events are verified against the Archer Quiver Fusion Database so you know right away if your fusion is seen in the literature. Direct link-out to relevant publications.
Automate workflows by integrating Analysis with LIMS & other software
A RESTful API is now built in to automatically pull data from Archer Analysis. The API meets industry standards, including packaging data in JSON format, and is a powerful feature if you have downstream software for annotation, interpretation, and reporting processes.
Archer Analysis packaged as a virtual machine for installation on your own hardware behind your firewall.
