When might the Immunoverse™ assay not work?

  1. Attempting to use overly degraded, non-amplifiable input may cause the assay to fail. For all AMP™ libraries as well as other NGS-based technologies, excessively degraded input material is a challenging starting material.
  2. Attempting to use RNA from a sample source that does not contain B or T-cells expressing receptors may cause the assay to fail, since only T-cells express the RNA targeted in the Immunoverse TCR assays, and only B-cells express the RNA targeted in the Immunoverse BCR assays. The typical result from a sample source that does not contain T-cells is low library yield and poor library complexity.
