Over the course of the last several weeks, our lives have been disrupted in ways we would not have predicted. COVID-19 continues to have an impact on communities, patients, co-workers, partners and customers and will for some time. Ensuring the health and safety of our employees and patients is paramount, as is our mission to deliver best-in-class products to make precision oncology available for all.
As we face these challenges together, I have received countless messages of support that have made me realize quite a few things, including the need to make certain we respond to this situation in a way that is aligned with our Company values of Accountability, Caring, Grit, Truth and Urgency. While we talk about our values on a regular basis, never have they been more important than they are today. For me, the thing that stands above all else is how we treat one another.
The impact across the globe is enormous. In light of the situation, ArcherDX sites remain operational, and we are continuing to provide our products and services for partners, patients and providers. Our commitments are critically important to us, as is the health and safety of our team.
As a critical workplace, ArcherDX will continue to perform service, manufacturing and distribution operations. We believe we are taking appropriate steps to minimize risk to our team and have implemented proactive measures, while continuing to assess if additional mitigations are required.
It is important that we remain steadfast in this journey while caring for ourselves and our families.
