
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)
The FusionPlex Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) panel is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) product to detect and identify fusions, point mutations and expression levels in 81 genes associated with ALL, including all recurrent Ph-like ALL fusion events. The panel uses Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™)-based enrichment to detect fusions of all target genes in a single sequencing product, even without prior knowledge of fusion partners or breakpoints.
