The FusionPlex Myeloid panel is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) test to detect and identify fusions, point mutations and expression levels from 84 genes associated with myeloid-origin malignancies. Using proprietary  Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™) based enrichment, fusions of all genes in this panel can be identified in a single sequencing test, even without prior knowledge of fusion partners or breakpoints. Additionally, select genes are targeted for molecular barcode-enabled relative expression level detection and point mutation coverage.
