FusionPlex ALK RET ROS1 V2


The FusionPlex ALK, RET, ROS1, V2 panel is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) product to simultaneously detect and identify fusions and mutations of human ALK, RET and ROS1 genes. This panel uses our proprietary Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™)-based chemistry to detect fusions of all genes in a single sequencing product, even without prior knowledge of fusion partners or breakpoints.
