Oncology Research
The Archer® FusionPlex Oncology Research panel is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) product to simultaneously detect and identify fusions and other mutations associated with 75 genes found in ribonucleic acid (RNA) transcripts that are linked to various cancers. This panel is extensive and purpose-built to advance fusion discovery, including research efforts in the area of Ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) fusions.

Comprehensive Fusion Detection
AMP chemistry utilizes open-ended targeted amplification to identify gene fusions whether or not the fusion partner is known.

Splice Variants
Detect cancer-associated isoforms and alternative splicing events.

Low Input
Purpose-built for wide sample type compatibility, including low-input and degraded samples such as FFPE tissue.

Simple, Lyophilized Workflow
Easy-to-handle lyophilized reagents and a simple workflow to minimize errors and reduce turn-around time.
