ArcherDX, Inc. shipping containers are designed to preserve product function by maintaining a chilled environment. We use cold packs to produce a low-temperature state inside well-sealed, insulated cartons selected based on the physical volume of the shipment and the anticipated transit time (certain international destinations require 5 days of preservation).
All orders received for in-stock items will ship the following business day. Certain conditions beyond our control (weather, shipping carrier failures) may impact our ability to release orders as described above.
Tests designed via Archer® Assay Designer will ship within 4-6 weeks of a purchase order being received. For technical support and/or status updates on Assay Designer projects, please contact tech@archerdx.com.

Archer guarantees a minimum product shelf-life of 3 months from date of shipment.
Products damaged due to delays in transit will be replaced at no charge, based on the above shipping schedule.
