Shipping Terms


ArcherDX, Inc. shipping containers are designed to preserve product function by maintaining a chilled environment. We use cold packs to produce a low-temperature state inside well-sealed, insulated cartons selected based on the physical volume of the shipment and the anticipated transit time (certain international destinations require 5 days of preservation).

Domestic Shipping Policy

ArcherDX, Inc. provides same-day shipping service on orders for in-stock items placed by 2:30pm (EST) Monday-Thursday when possible. All orders for in-stock items received after 2:30pm (EST) will ship the next business day. Orders for in-stock items received after 2:30pm (EST) on Thursday will ship the following Monday. Certain conditions beyond our control (weather, shipping carrier failures) may impact our ability to release orders as described above.

International Shipping Policy

For orders of in-stock items placed by 2:30pm (EST) Monday through 2:30pm (EST) Friday, ArcherDX, Inc. will use best efforts to ship on Friday of the same week. For orders received from 2:30pm (EST) Friday though 2:30pm (EST) Monday, ArcherDX, Inc. will use best efforts to ship on that Monday.

Custom Tests Ordered via Assay Designer

Tests designed via Archer® Assay Designer ( will ship within 4-6 weeks of a purchase order being received. For technical support and/or status updates on Assay Designer projects, please contact

Archer® guarantees a minimum product shelf-life of 3 months from date of shipment.

Product Damage/Replacement Policy

Products damaged due to delays in transit will be replaced at no charge, based on the above shipping schedule.
